ACCIDENTALLY SHOT IN ARM.

Loren Wright Receives Bad Wound From Discharge of Rifle.

Loren Wright, son of Mrs. Robert Benton, residing south of Montezuma, received a bad gunshot wound while hunting rabbits. A bunny ran under some plowed sod. Loren took the butt end of his 22 hammerless rifle and tried to punch him out. The safety was not set and the gun accidentally discharged. The bullet went into the fleshy part of the arm near the shoulder.

There is every indication that he will fully recover nicely although the wound is quite painful and here was at first danger of complications. The bullet will probably not be removed from the arm unless necessary.--Montezuma Republican.
