MARTHA LANNOM AMONG BEAUTIES

Martha Lannom was the only Grinnell girl among the twenty-four nominated for the beauty contest of the 1929 Cyclone. A final election will be held this week end, and the pictures of the six girls chosen will be sent to Ramon Novarro, popular screen star, who will act as final judge in choosing Miss Grinnell.

Pictures of the four girls rated by Novarro as possessing the most beauty and charm will be published as a feature of the 1929 Cyclone, and will be the first public announcement of the results of the contest.
