Miss Lola Pilgrim Surprised

Miss Lola Pilgrim whose marriage to Mr. Lester Ahrens is an event of the near future was very pleasantly surprised last Friday evening when the friends who had gathered at her school for the program which was the closing event of the school year, presented her with a pretty pink and white basket with a white wedding bell suspended from a horseshoe at the top, filled with many lovely gifts as a token of the esteem in which she is held in the community. A delightful evening was then spent after which delicious refreshemnts were served which was still another surprise for Miss Pilgrim.
