GRINNELL COUPLE WED IN NEWTON

In a simple ceremony Tuesday morning in Newton, Miss Effie Z. Tiedemann, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L.C. Tiedemann of Grinnell, and C. Raymond White, son of Mrs. A.A. White, also of Grinnell, were united in marriage.

Charles O. Edge, justice of the peace, performed the single ring service in the presence of Mr. and Mrs. Denvil Oliver, of Grinnell, who attended the couple.

The bride attended Brooklyn High School and has remained at home since the family moved to Grinnell a number of years ago. Mr. White attended the Grinnell schools and is now employed in government commodity project work.

The couple expect to reside soon at 611 Park street in the home which they purchased last March. For the present they are staying with their respective parents.

Following the wedding ceremony, the bridal party were guests at a dinner in Newton.
