SUGGS INDICTED FOR MANSLAUGHTER MONDAY

Frank Suggs, Des Moines, was indicted here Monday by the grand jury for manslaughter. Suggs, who was the driver of the car which struck and fatally injured Grinnell policeman Warren Binegar August 28th, is sixteen years of age and on parole from the reformatory at Eldora.

District Judge Frank Bechly appointed lawyers Vincent Johnson and Norman McFarlin, both of Montezuma to represent defendant Suggs. The plea, formerly set for Wednesday, has been postponed.
