MISS BETTIE JAYNE SNYDER, LYLE WILLIAM BEELER WEDDED

Nuptials have been revealed announcing the marriage of Miss Bettie Jayne Snyder, formerly of Marshalltown, and the daughter of Mrs. A.B. Shaeffer of Beaverton, Ore., to Lyle William Beeler, son of Mr. and Mrs. Will Beeler of Grinnell. The wedding took place on Sunday afternoon, Oct. 5, at 2:30 o'clock, in Unionville, Mo. The Rev. G.W. Swan, Jr., pastor of the First Christian church, read the double ring service in the presence of the bridegroom's parents and sister, Miss Doris Beeler.

The bride's attire was an aqua blue street length crepe frock with black accessories. Her jewelry was a sapphire brooch. The bridegroom wore an Oxford gray suit of pin-stripe wool.

Mrs. Beeler was graduated from the Marshalltown High school with the class of 1939 and has since remained at home. Mr. Beeler, a graduate of the Grinnell High school in 1938, has followed the occupation of farming.

After November 1, the young couple will be at home on the farm of the bridegroom's parents.
