On Wednesday, January 9, Mr. William Jackson and Miss Margaret Swanson were united in marriage at the United Presbyterian Parsonage. Mr. Jackson is an excellent young man who has been in the employ of Spaulding Company for sometime. Miss Swanson is on of Grinnell’s estimable young ladies. The bride and groom departed on the afternoon train to Tama (The Grinnell Herald, January 15, 1907, page 2)
