MARRIED--September 25, 1890, at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. James Kessler, Mr. Ben Sheline and Miss Louie Gilbert, of Garden Grove. Rev. Willard Pond, of Garden Grove, tied the nuptial knot. The ceremony was witnessed by quite a number of guests. After the usual congratulations had been extended the company partook of an elegant repast prepared by Mrs. Kessler and her daughter, Kittie. The bride received a number of useful presents. On the following day the groom's parents gave a reception in honor of the happy couple at their residence. The writer extends to Mr. and Mrs. Sheline his best regards and wishes them a happy and prosperous journey through life.
