Help find mom

I am looking for a woman by the name of Rosamond/Rosemary Bolter. I am helping a 75 yr old lady find her mother who we assume is deceased. I found her in the 1930 Fed Census in Pottawattamie Co, Iowa but I lose her after that. I do know that her husband had left her and the children then taken from Rosamond and put into an orphanage in the Bluffs. This was the last seen of her. There is mention of her working in a cafe in Anderson, Indiana then for a doctor as a live-in maid/cook in Council Bluffs, Iowa. There are no employment records that we can find nor anything with social security.

Any ideas on where we may be able to find her would be greatly appreciated.
