according to the Pott. Co. assessor database, 310 Frank Street was built in 1865. It is a 2-story brick with three bedrooms. The garage was built in 1853. It's a beautiful house according to the photo. If you own it, when they did the title search, they would have needed to go clear back to the date of construction. You can go to the records clerk at the Courthouse in Council Bluffs to get the info on the builder, or your abstract company who cleared the title should have the info.
