From what I could locate for you, it is highly probable that both Horace and Eliza are buried in Clark Cemetery. From sources documenting and photographing graves, it does not appear that there is a tombstone for Eliza Gladwin in Clark Cemetery, only a listing on Findagrave. The submitter does not appear to be related to the family and may have added her to Findagrave based solely on the mention in her obituary that she was buried in Clark Cemetery.
I found that Horace Gladwin died on December 14, 1893 in Council Bluffs. Shortly thereafter, his indigent widow deeded her property to the city in exchange for a monthly stipend and an agreement to continue to live on the property until her death. There was probably no money to purchase a stone.
I located two news items:
H. Gladwin, aged 84 years, died yesterday afternoon at his home, 2025 South Eleventh street. Deceased was taken sick with la grippe two weeks ago, and being in poor health at the time, gradually became worse until death resulted.
Daily Nonpareil -- Council Bluffs, Iowa
December 15, 1893H. Gladden [sic] died at 1 o'clock yesterday afternoon of la grippe at his residence, 2025 South Eleventh street, aged 84 years.
