My great-grandmother was Ella D. McCracken. Working on the family genealogy and would like to know any information regarding Ella's mother, Martha. Especially her maiden name and if she may have been of Cherokee heritage as I have been told. Also information regarding the circumstances of George A. McCrackens death would be of interest. Also, is Martha the same one who married Levy Stanfield in 1866 in Omaha?
