The 1945 city directory for Council Bluffs, IA, lists:

RHOADS, Orville and Pansy, feed packer, Omar Inc., home at 1901 S. 12th St.

(They are not in the 1942 directory.)

The 1964 city directory for Council Bluffs, has the name spelled differently:

RHOADES, Orville E. and Pansy A., service man, Goodyear Store, home 1901 S. 12th St.

The 1974 directory has:

RHOADS, Orville E. and Pansy A., retired, home 1901 S. 12th St.

Manawa is not a town per se; it's a lake within the bounds of Council Bluffs, around which many homes have been built.
