I'm not related to this family, but perhaps this census info will help you:

1910 census, Mills County, Iowa, Andersen Township, page 2:
Galloway, James E., 25, married 1 yr, b. IA, father b. IN, mother b. IN, farmer
Galloway, Laura H., wife, 19, married 1 yr, b. IA, father b. Germany, mother b. Germany
Kasner, Frank, hired man, b. Germany

By 1920, James E. Galloway had moved to Washington state, and I can't tell what happened to Laura, his wife. James is listed in Kittitas County, 2nd Ward, Washington, Ellensburg, page 147, in an apartment building or lodging house on Pearl Street:

James E. Galloway, age 34, single, b. IA, father b. IN, mother b. Germany, farm laborer

This appears to be him but it would take further checking.

His children, Francis, Ramona, and Genevieve are still in Iowa, Mills County, living with their grandparents:

1920 Mills County, Iowa, Ingraham Twp., page 185:

Moss, William L., 40, head, b. IA, farmer
Moss, Margaret K., 40, b. Germany, arrived 1883, naturalized 1894
Moss, Johanes, son, 12, b. IA
Moss, Sophia, head, age 59, arrived 1883, naturalized 1898, b. Germany
Moss, Maud, daughter, 17, b. IA
Galloway, Francis, grandchild, 7 yrs, 5 mo., b. IA
Galloway, Remona, grandchild, 5 yrs, 9 months, b. IA
Galloway, Genevia, grandchild, 2 yrs, 10 months, b. IA
Moss, Otto C., head, 35, b. IA
Moss, Etah A., wife, 33, b. IA

By 1930 the little girls have moved into Council Bluffs and are living with a Richardson family, according to the census, living on Fourth Avenue, District 28, Kane Township, Council Bluffs:

Richardson, Harry D., 26, b. IA, bookkeeper
Richardson, Ruth E., wife, 25, b. MO
Richardson, Sally M., dau., 1 yr 3 mo., b. IA
Galloway, Frances, lodger, 18, b. IA, father b. IA, mother b. IA, no occupation
Galloway, Ramona M., 16, b. IA, father b. IA, mother b. IA, no occupation
Galloway, Genevieve R., lodger, 13, b. IA, father b. IA, mother b. IA, no occupation
