What a story!

I believe Zadock Goodwin Sr.'s daughter, Sarah Jane Wise, died in the asylum at Mt. Pleasant, Henry Co., IA on 11 May 1882.

If you are researching the Goodwin family, please contact me as various Goodwin family members lived in the neighborhood of Pottawattamie County, Iowa which I am studying.
