Swanson Family

SWANSON, OLSEN, NILSSON, SHOEMAKER, SCHUMACHER

Does anyone out there have any information about Sven Nilsson who became William Swaran Swanson when he came over here to America? He was born in Stora Uppakra Parish, Skane, Sweden on 24 Jan 1850. Married Anna M. Olsen (and three others). He married her 23 Nov. 1881 in Pottawattamie County, I think in Council Bluffs, Iowa. They had two little girls, Pearl Marie (who was my Grandmother) and her sister Gracie.

Parents to William Swaran Swanson/Sven Nilsson were Nils Svensson(Nels Swanson) and Johannah Jonsdotter (Jensen).

William also married Lucinda Edwards, Augusta Buckman, and Mary (Holmquist) Swanson.

They are buried at the cemetery in Crescent, Iowa in the Swanson family plot.

Is anyone else out there working on my family?
