Old Catholic Cemetery Council Bluffs

In an article I have read it indicates that Billy Caldwell (Chief or the Pottawattamie) was buried on Frannklin St in Council Bluffs (with Willmette) and when the street was regraged, there bones were dug up and reinterred at the "Old Catholic Cemetery" in council bluffs with a marker that just says "Indians". Is anyone familiar with this or can anyone tell me what cemetery this is/ Billy and Willmette both died in 1841.
