I believe that this is the Helen I. Butler you are seeking. She married Norbert W. Britten and had five daughters, Joyce (who died in 1956); Marilyn, Jeannette, Phyllis and Elaine and a son, Norbert.

According to the Pottawatomie County, Iowa Birth Register, Helen Butler was born on February 16, 1917 to Elmer and Irene Jennette (Roe) Butler. This matches with the birth date for Helen I. Britten who was born on February 16, 1917 and died in Omaha, Nebraska on October 15, 1997. She is buried in Saint Joseph Cemetery in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Elmer Butler died on October 18, 1932 and Irene Roe Butler on August 19, 1933.
