Telle, Herbert W. Jr., son, 8, s, m,w, Nebraska, Iowa, Iowa.

Both had their ss cards issued in Nebraska...

Since it appears that the Telle's resided in Omaha for a period of time, maybe Anna was buried in Omaha, which is just across the river from Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Looks like Herbert Sr. remarried.
