SHEILS, SHANLEY, COOK

My g-grandfather Charles Sheils applied for a patent on land near Macedonia in 1858. Charles and his wife Mary [Shanley] had a son Daniel born in 1855 in Ill. and Edward [my grandfather] born in Iowa in 1857. As the family was Catholic and there was no church nearby I would like to know if they were baptised,by whom, when. Would any records exist? I have the records for the four younger childrens baptisms.Would like to know about Edwards. Thanks, Pat [Sheils] Underwood
