In 1870 Thomas Moxley purchased 69 acres on north side of Wheelers Grove for $1,100.

Are there any land records that support this purchase? If so, please infom me on how to obtain them.

Thomas Moxley b. Feb 15, 1837 (Ashe Co. now Alleghany) North Carolina.
d. Feb 21, 1930 Carson City Iowa

P.S. Also requesting any land records for Thomas Moxley that are in Carson City. Thomas sold out and moved to Carson City (date unknown).
