Allen R. "Rob" Osbahr

Allen Robert "Rob" Osbahr, age 49, of Neola, Iowa, passed away April 9, 2014, at UNMC in Omaha, Neb.
Rob was born December 5, 1964, in Council Bluffs, to the late Robert A. and Sally (Tracy) Osbahr. He graduated from Neola Tri-Center High School in 1983, and married Diane McDonald on June 21, 1986 in Neola. They were blessed with son, Connor Osbahr. Rob earned his Associate's Degree from IWCC in 1989 and his Bachelor's Degree from Buena Vista University in 1991. He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.
Rob is survived by his wife of 27 years, Diane Osbahr; son, Connor Osbahr; brothers, Bernard and Dale Osbahr, all of Neola, Dave (Julie) Osbahr, and their sons, Robbie and Zach, all of Kansas City, Mo.; nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family, Friday, 5 to 8 p.m., with a wake service at 6 p.m., at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Neola.
Mass of Christian Burial, Saturday, 10:30 a.m., at St. Patrick's Catholic Church with Fr. Raphael Masabakhwa as the celebrant.
Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery, Neola with a lunch following in the parish hall. The family will direct memorials.
