FOUND DEAD

A man aged 36 years, by the name of Moses Thompson, was found dead near his residence on the Boyer river in this county, on Monday last. He ahd been to a neighbors the evening before, and started for home, (about a mile) at nine o'clock, and is supposed to have died in a fit, or had been taken ill and chilled to death.

Having been, however, of rather intemperate habits, his indulgence in the use of spirits has probably been the cause of his death. He had passed by and near his own house and was found frozen and lying upon his back. He left a wife and three young children in poor circumstances and will be buried to-day.
