Thad Harman, 55, Neola farmer and veteran of World War I, died late Saturday at a local hospital after 11 days illness. He was a member of the Neola American Legion post.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Nell Harman; three sons, Raymond of Neola, Francis of Minden and Harold of Elizabeth, N. J.; a daughter, Mrs. Helen Heffner of Denver, Colo.; four brothers, Steven of Billings, Mont., Elmer of Powell, Wyo., Raymond and Othal Harman of Sullivan, Mo.
Funeral will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Neola Presbyterian church. the body will be taken from Woodring funeral home to the residence Monday evening to remain there until the hour of services. Burial will be in Neola cemetery.
Death resulted from injuries received in a fall from the corn crib on his farm.
