Linda Ann Ring, age 63, of Avoca, Iowa, passed away December 23, 2011, at Avoca Nursing and Rehab Center.

Linda was born January 25, 1948, in Council Bluffs, Iowa, to the late Francis R. and Rowena (Talty) Ring, Sr.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Clare Ring Delanty; and brother, Dick Ring.

Linda is survived by sisters, Jeanette (Harry) Long, Donna Stageman, Martha (Bernard) Denning, Frankie (Aaron) Tiarks, all of Neola, Iowa, Theresa (Orval) Taylor, of Topeka, Kan.; brothers, Albert Ring, Ronnie (Judy) Ring, all of Neola, Andy (Saralee) Ring, of McClelland, Iowa, Ben Ring, of Council Bluffs; nieces and nephews.

Open visitation Tuesday, 3 to 9 p.m., at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park Chapel. Funeral Mass Wednesday, 11 a.m., at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Neola with Rev. Raphael Masabakhwa, pastor and Rev. Michael Peters as con-celebrants.

Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery with a lunch following at St. Patrick's Parish Hall.

Memorials to the church preferred.
