The funeral for Dennis Eugene Nagel, 56, of Council Bluffs will be Tuesday at 9 a.m. at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer- Woodring Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Crane, chaplain at Risen Son, officiating.

Mr. Nagel died May 28 at Risen Son Christian Village.

He was born Nov. 26, 1946, in Council Bluffs to Avid and Marjorie Barrett Nagel. He was a member of First Baptist Church.

Mr. Nagel was preceded in death by his father, Avid.

Survivors include his loving mother, Marjorie, and her friend, Mike McDonald, of Council Bluffs; brother, Jim Nagel and wife, Kate, of Plattsmouth, Neb.; niece, Margee Theiler and husband, Joe, of St. Simon's Island, Ga.;
great-nephew, Will Theiler; niece, Leigh Jones and husband, Christian, of Council Bluffs; cousins, Richard Maiers of Glenwood, Ron Maiers of Minnesota and Janice Mortensen of Council Bluffs.

Visitation will be Monday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Ridgewood Cemetery with luncheon to follow at First Baptist Church.

Memorials may be offered to First Baptist Church Organ Fund.
