Roger P. Stark

Roger P. Stark, age 60, of Persia, Iowa. Resident of Beebeetown and Persia
area for past 45 years. Mr. Stark passed away July 18, 2005, at his residence
in Persia.

Roger was born in Vancouver, Wash., on February 4, 1945. He graduated from Tri-Center High School in 1963. He was a supervisor of asbestos removal for Bockmann, Inc. for 10 years.

Roger was an avid fisherman and former baseball player. He married wife, Annette, on July 28, 1990.

Survivors include wife, Annette R. (Matthews) Stark, Persia, Iowa; daughters, Kelly Davis, and husband, David, of Council Bluffs, Leann Stark of Council Bluffs, Leasa Brouillard, and husband, Duane, of Portsmouth, Iowa, Lynette Jedlicka, and husband, Gene, of Council Bluffs, Janette Thomas of Council Bluffs; son, Fred Thomas, and wife, Mary Ann, of Neola, Iowa; mother, Ollie Stark, of Missouri Valley, Iowa; father, Paul Stark, of Creston, Wash.; 20 grandchildren; sister, Karen Parks, and
husband, Rod, living in Wash.; brothers, Ray Stark, and wife, Fumiko, of Doniphan, Mo., Randy Stark, and wife, Cindy, of Creston, Wash.; nieces; nephews; aunts; uncles and cousins.

Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, 6-8pm at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Thursday, July 21, 2005, at 2pm at First Presbyterian Church, Neola, Iowa, with Reverend Dean Sparr, Pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Neola Township Cemetery, Neola, Iowa, followed by luncheon at PIC Hall, Persia, Iowa
