G.H. Frain, 86, Dies at Macedonia

Carson). G.H. Frain, 86, retired farmer and lifetime resident of Council Bluffs, died Thursday night at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Hattie Roberson at Macedonia. Death was attributed to failing health and his advanced age. Mr. Frain was born in Pottawattamie County in 1853.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at the Wheeler Grove Church. Burial will be in the Wheeler Grove Cemetery.

He is also survived by two other daughters, Mrs. Jake Houser of Macedonia and Mrs. Frank Flowers of Council Bluffs; seven sons, Henry, Arthur and John of Macedonia, A.S. of Carson, Clarence of Council Bluffs, Elmer of Blair, Neb., and Everett of Lincoln, Neb.

The body is at the Monger Funeral Home at Carson
