Lloyd "Tom" Collins

BELLEVUE, Neb. - Lloyd "Tom" Collins, 76, of Bellevue, Neb., died Feb. 28 at Midlands Hospital in Papillion, Neb.

Mr. Collins was an elder at the Council Bluffs Restoration branch of the Reorganized Church of Latter Day Saints.

Survivors include his wife, Blanche; three sons, Jerry of Bellevue, Roy and wife, Karen, of Plattsmouth, Neb., and Lonnie and wife, Gayla, of Inavale, Neb.; two daughters, Ladena Coolman and husband, Michael, of Logan and Linda Rod of Ft. Calhoun, Neb.; two brothers, Ralph of Denver and Clifford Hill of Holdrege, Neb.; two sisters, Ida Nichelson and Mildred Hall and husband, Bob, all of North Platte, Neb.; 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bellevue Memorial Funeral Chapel.

Funeral service will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the chapel. Burial will be in Westlawn-Hillcrest Cemetery in Omaha.

Memorials may be given to American Heart Association.
