In Memory: Louise Bailey

Louise Bailey, 92, a resident of I.H.S. South Care Center died December 5 at Jennie Edmundson Hospital.

She was born in Rogersville, Tennessee. She lived in Rock Port, Missouri from 1924 to 1944 and lived in Emerson, Farragut and Malvern. She lived at Hastings from 1961 to 1995, when she moved to the care center. She was a homemaker and worked as a cook at the Nishna Care Center in Malvern.

Mrs. Bailey was preceded in death by her husband, Lee LeRoy, in August.

Survivors include a daughter, Shirley Morgan, and husband, Ernie, of Wichita, Kansas; a son, William, and wife, Jill, of Underwood; 36 grandchildren, 81 great-grandchildren and 44 great great grandchildren.

Visitation with the family was held at Mansfield-Hertz Funeral Home in Malvern. Funeral was held Thursday at 10 A.M. at the funeral home.

Burial was in Zion Cemetery near Hamburg.

A memorial fund has been established.
