Mary Frances Meyerring

Mary Frances Meyerring, 98, passed away January 13, 2009, in Valparaiso, Indiana, where she has lived the past 8 years with her daughter Imelda Wojtkowski.

She was a native of Missouri Valley, Iowa, Mary was born July 11, 1910, to Albert and Mary (O'Rourke) Tamisiea and graduated from Missouri Valley High in 1928. She married Henry Meyerring on November 4, 1936. She was a former Neola resident and a former member of St. Patrick's Church. and was a current a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church in Valparaiso.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents; husband Henry in 1962; daughters, Renee Doyle and Janet Hines; and daughter-in-law, Mary Meyerring.

Survivors include daughter, Imelda Wojtkowski and husband Wallace of Valparaiso; sons, Gary and wife Agnes, Eugene Meyerring all of Neola; 12 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren; many beloved nieces and nephews.

Christian Wake Service Friday 6:00 p.m. followed by visitation until 8:00 p.m. at St. Patrick's Church, Neola. Funeral Mass Saturday, 10:30 a.m. also at church. Father Michael B. Berner, celebrant.

Interment Neola, Iowa. Luncheon will follow at church hall. Family will direct memorials.
