In Memory: Brad C. Guill

Brad C. Guill, 21, of Persia died Jan 13, 2001 at St. Joseph Hospital in Omaha following an automobile accident.

The son of Bruce and Sheryl (O'Neill) Guill, Brad was a lifelong resident of Persia and a 1998 graduate of Tri Center High School.

He had attended Simpson College for three years, where he was co captain and a recruit host for the Simpson College Football team. He attended spring semester at American University in Washington, D.C. for Criminal Justice. He enjoyed mountain hiking and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Persia.

Survivors in addition to his parents include a sister, Brenda, and her husband Josh McDermott of Pearl City Hawaii; grandparents, Vern and Lois Oloff of Persia and Betty O'Neill of Council Bluffs; great grandmother Lottie Barritt of Council Bluffs; aunts, uncle, cousins, other relatives and numerous friends.

Visitation with the family was to be held from 6 to 8:30 P.M. at Meyer Woodring Funeral Home in Council Bluffs, with a prayer service at 7 P.M.

Funeral service was to be Wednesday, May 16 at 1 P.M. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Persia with the Reverend David Kuhnle officiating. Burial will be in the in Hazel Dell Cemetery.

Memorials may be offered to the Brad Guill Scholarship Memorial Fund or Trinity Lutheran Church in Persia
