In Memory: Gerald W. Driver

Funeral for Gerald W. Driver, 68, of Council Bluffs was held Saturday at 1 P.M. at McCurdy Funeral Home with the Rev. David Coolie of St. John's Lutheran Church at Honey Creek officiating.

Mr. Driver died April 18 at Alegent Health Mercy Hospital.

He was born at Honey Creek and had lived in Council Bluffs for many years. He graduated from Beebeetown High School in 1953 and served in the U.S. Navy. He worked for the Union Pacific Railroad and was a member of St.
John's Lutheran Church at Honey Creek.

Survivors include two sons, Jeff W. and Joel L., both of Council Bluffs; two brothers, Kenneth and wife, Effie, of Hanna, Wyoming, and Ronald and wife, Delores, of Missouri Valley; a sister, Dolores Nieman, of Council Bluffs; nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family was held Friday evening at the funeral home. Burial was in the Grange Cemetery at Honey Creek.
