Mrs. Bertha Marie Jensen

Mrs. Bertha "Birte" Marie Jensen, 74, 1712 S. Seventh St., died of senility at her home Friday at 10:30 p.m. following an illness of two weeks.
She was a member of the Plymouth Brethren Church.
She is survived by her husband, Jacob Jensen; four sons, James of Glendale, CA., John and Peter of Council Bluffs, and Joseph of Independence, MO., two daughters, Mrs. Anna Vernon of Council Bluffs and Mrs. Johanna Peterson of Red Oak; three sisters in Denmark and sixteen grandchildren.
The body will lie in state at the home until the hour of the services which will be held at the Plymouth Brethren Church, 10 S. Eighth Street, Monday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Cemetery.
