The funeral of Mrs. Minnie C. Sewing was held Sunday afternoon at 2:00 from the residence of her daughter Mrs. Byron McMullen, five miles southeast of Council Bluffs. Rev. C. J. Ringer of St. John's English Lutheran church officiating. Music was furnished by Frank Warren, Jeannette Warren and S.C. Warren. Flower bearers, all grandchildren, were Grace Sewing, Alice McKeown, Lucile McKeown and Catherine Sewing. Pallbearers were Byron McMullen, Fred Grudle, John McKeown, Ray Slater, Jess Parlett, sons-in-law, and Arthur Moffitt, grandson. Burial was in Fisher cemetery. June 3, 1925.
