Georgia Flora Emma Bracker, age 90, went home to be with her Lord on Thursday December 11, 2008.

Georgia was born June 11, 1918, in Mineola, Iowa to Charles Rohrberg and Emma Minssen Rohrberg.

She graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School and married John "Joe" Bracker. Together they farmed and raised their children in the Boomer Township area.

Georgia is a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, where she was active in the choir and ladies aid society. She loved to cook , bake, flowers and gardening, music, politics and Religion and most of all her children and grandchildren.

Georgia was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John "Joe" Bracker in 1989; brothers, John, Alfred and Charles Rohrberg; and sister, Evelyn Fauble.

Georgia leaves behind her children and spouses, Jolene Cox, Sharon Wagman and Chris all of Council Bluffs, Janet Langenhorst and Carrol of Newton, Kansas; sons, Bruce Bracker and Mary of Underwood, Monte Bracker and Ramona of Neola; 9 grandsons; 5 granddaughters; 19 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren; sister, Beatrice Murray of Des Moines; brother, Roderick Rohrberg of Torrance, Calif.; nieces, nephews and many many friends.

Visitation with the family Friday, 5:00-8:00 p.m., at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. Funeral services Saturday, 11:00 a.m., St. Paul's Lutheran Church Boomer Township. Pastor Sara Jensen, officiant.

Georgia will be laid to rest next to husband Joe in Boomer Township Cemetery. Luncheon will follow at the church.

Family has suggested memorials to the church, Hospice with Heart and Bethany Lutheran Home.
