Sam Rihner

Sam Rihner, 71, 208 West Broadway, died of heart disease in an Omaha hospital Tuesday afternoon after an illness of five weeks.

He had been a Council Bluffs resident for 20 years and had previously lived at Minden.

Surviving are four brothers: Casper of Avoca, Fred of Minden, Peter of Council Bluffs and Henry of Manilla; two sisters: Mrs. Verna Hagedorn of Avoca and Mrs. Barbara Ehrens of Minden.

The body is at the Cutler funeral home, where funeral arrangements other than burial will be in the Minden cemetery are still pending.
