Hans J. Thomsen

Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 pm at the First Lutheran church here for Hans John Thomsen, 51, well known farmer who died Friday afternoon at his farm home three miles northwest after an illness of a year.

He was a native of Pottawattamie county and had always operated a farm in the vicinity of his birth.

Surviving are his widow: Mary; one son, Raymond at home; four sisters: Mrs. John Franks of Irwin, Mrs. Ernest Minks of Omaha, and Mrs. John Henningsen and Mrs. Louie Harder both of Avoca.

The Rev. Joseph Gerlt will be in charge of the services. Blust Brothers are in charge.
