Mrs. Sophia Wettendorff

LOGAN---funeral services were held at the Yeaman funeral home at 12:30 pm Monday for Mrs. Sophia Wettendorf, 65, who died early Saturday morning at her home here. The services were conducted by the Rev. Joseph Gerlt of the Lutheran church at Avoca. Burial was in the Shelby cemetery where brief services were held in the cemetery chapel.

Born in German she came to this country when 10 years old and had lived in Harrison county for the past 24 years.

She is survived by her husband, a son, W. M. Wettendorf of Deloit and a daughter, Mrs. August Toms of Persia.
