William Hilbert 1873-1945

Funeral services for William Hilbert, 71, who died at his home here last Wednesday were held from the First Lutheran church Sunday, Mar h 25 at 2 pm with Rev J. Gerlt in charge of the services. Burial was in the Minden cemetery.

William Hilbert was born the son of Asmuss Hilbert and Wilhelmina Stormer in Pruessdorf, Holstein Germany on August 19, 1873 and died on March 21, having reached the age of 71 years, 7 months, and 2 days.

Mr. Hilbert came to America in 1889 arriving in Minden on November 19 and for several years lived with his uncle and aunt.
