In Memory: Nina B. (Crews) Hildreth

Nina B. (Crews) Hildreth, 95, of Pisgah died March 25 at the Longview Care Center in Missouri Valley.

She was born October 4, 1906 in Triplett, Missouri to Joseph R. and Mary M. (Harper) Crews. She married Charles A. Hildreth on January 12, 1924 in Pisgah. Charles died December 15, 1984.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, crocheting, knitting, tatting and her flower garden. She enjoyed making Christmas gifts for her family and friends.

Survivors include four daughters, Phyllis Peterson and husband Harry of Sioux City, Neva Hinkel and Husband Estal of Logan, Janece Conery of Geneseo, Illinois and Sandra Tucker of Council Bluffs; seven sons, Charles and wife Dorothy of Logan, Warren and wife Martha of Council Bluffs, Arlan and wife Joann of Underwood, Bernard and wife Doris of Pisgah, Russell and wife Connie of Mondamin, Joe and wife Dorothy of Underwood and Royce and wife Elaine of Pisgah; 42 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Nina was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Clara Mathison, daughter Helen L. Welter and son-in-law Edward Conery.

Visitation with the family was to be held Wednesday from 7 to 8 P. M. at the Hennessey-Aman Funeral Home in Missouri Valley.

The funeral was set for Thursday at 11 A.M. at Community of Christ Church in Pisgah with Evangelist John Lizer officiating. Burial will be in Soldier Valley Cemetery in Pisgah, followed by lunch and fellowship at the Community of Christ in Pisgah.

Memorials may be offered to the Community of Christ in Pisgah.
