In Memory: Dorothy Graham

Dorothy M. Graham, 79, of Treynor died March 25 at Select Specialty Hospital in Papillion Nebraska.

She was born October 24, 1922, in Carson to Detlef and Emma (Gahrenkrug) Husz. She previously lived in Council Bluffs, moving to Treynor in 1960.

She was a1947 graduate of Treynor High School. She did office work at Avco Finance Co. for more than 20 years, retiring in 1987.

Mrs. Graham was preceded in death by her husband, Fred M., on November 8, 1990 and by a son in 1962.

Survivors include one daughter, Susan Graham of LaVista, Nebraska; two sons, Fred and his wife Maria of Neola and Steven of Council Bluffs; three brothers, Richard and his wife Shirley of Hampton, Dudley of Claremont, Oklahoma, and Carroll of Urbandale; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family was to be Wednesday from 7-8 P.M. at Cutler Chapel in Council Bluffs. The funeral was set for Thursday at 11 A.M. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Lowell Knauss of Grace Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Hill Cemetery.
