In Memory: Anna C. Rodenburg

Funeral for Anna C. Rodenburg, 96, of Underwood was held at 1 P.M. March 4 at Cutler Chapel with the Rev. Richard Russell of Mount Hope United Methodist Church officiating.

Mrs. Rodenburg died March 1 at Mercy Hospital.

She was born on November 24, 1905, to William and Dora (Carsten) Engel of McClelland and was a 1923 graduate of Quick High School.

A homemaker, she was a member of the Zion Congregational Church in Treynor.

Her husband, Herman Rodenburg Jr., died in 1954.

Survivors include two sons, Adolph Rodenburg, and wife, Dorothy, of McClelland and Donald Rodenburg of Underwood; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation with the family was held Sunday evening at Cutler Chapel. Burial was in Zion Congregational Cemetery in Treynor.

Memorials may be offered to Zion Congregational Church, Mount Hope United Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society.
