Peterson Dies; Ex Insurance man

William Peterson, 79, 1817S 8th St., died Sunday at a local hospital after an extended illness.

A lifelong resident of Council Bluffs, he retired in 1947 after 31 years as an agent for the Prudential Insurance Co.

Mr. Peterson Was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Park City Lodge 606, IOOF, and held a life membership in the Council Bluffs Fish and Game Protective Association.

Survivors include: Widow, Mary J., two sons, Fred W. and Rhen B., both of Council Bluffs, sister, Mrs. Hannah Nielsen of Council Bluffs; and three grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11 A. M. Tue4sdday at the Meyer Chapel. The Rev. W. E. Wicklund, pastor of St. John's Church will officiate. Park
City Lodge will conduct a graveside service at Cedar Lawn Cemetery.
