In Memory: Naomi J. Bolton

The funeral for Naomi Jean Bolton, 76, of Oakland will be Thursday at 10:30 A.M. at Vieth Funeral Home in Oakland.

Mrs. Bolton died June 2 in Council Bluffs. She was born October 22, 1925, Madrid to Ed and Bertha Hook. She attended and graduated from Madrid High School. She received her teaching degree from Iowa State University.

She taught school in Oakland and Macedonia before she began teaching in Treynor on September 1, 1960. She retired on August 31, 1985.

Mrs. Bolton was preceded in death by her husband Delore.

Survivors include on niece.

Visitation with the family was held Wednesday from 7 to 8 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial was to be in Oaklawn Cemetery in Oakland.
