Linda Marie Axtell, age 45, of Missouri Valley, Iowa, formerly of Council Bluffs, passed away Thursday, June 12, 2008, at the Longview Care Center, in Missouri Valley.

Survivors include her daughter, Denise Axtell; sons, Chad Axtell, both of Council Bluffs, Jeremy Axtell, of O'Neill, Neb.; sisters, Sylvia Smith, of Missouri Valley, Sharon Hytrek, of Council Bluffs; brother, Milton M. Axtell, of Washington D.C.

Visitation with family will be held from 6-8 p.m., Friday, at Hennessey-Aman Funeral Home, in Missouri Valley. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, at the funeral home.
