Patricia Mae Lingle, age 71, passed away April 30, 2008.

She was born July 24, 1936, in Defiance, Iowa, to Edward and Katherine Schechinger Henkelman. Patricia graduated from Manilla High, in 1954, and worked many years at Indian Hills Nursing Home as a cook, Nurses Aide, and many different jobs. She was a member of St. Peter's Church.

Patricia is preceded in death by her daughter, Debbie Davis; son, Gerald Lingle; 6 brothers; 2 sisters; and her parents.

Survivors include daughters, Janine Penrod (Bob), of Omaha, Neb., Michelle Hill (John), of Aurora, Colo., Terri Lingle, of Council Bluffs, Becky McCrady, of Canton, Ohio; sons, Gary Knight, of Lebanon, Ind., Tommy Lingle, of Omaha, Frank Lingle, of Council Bluffs; 14 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; sister, Mildred Nissen, of New Mexico; brothers, Maurice Henkelman, of Manilla, Iowa, Morelle Henkelman, of Ft. Dodge, Iowa.

Visitation will be Sunday, 2-4 p.m., at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. Funeral Mass, Monday, 10 a.m., St. Peter's Church. Interment, Memorial Park Cemetery.
