Louis J. Jobusch, 85 years, Council Bluffs, passed away March 14, 2008.

He was born November 4, 1922, in Norwoodville, Iowa to the late George and Elsie (Woodyard) Jobusch. He was a 1940 graduate of Granger, Iowa High School and a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church where he served as Deacon. He was also a member of the Council Bluffs Lions Club, Iowa State University Alumi Association and was an avid Iowa State Cyclone fan, golfer and bowler. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard in WWII. Louis was a meat cutter and manager of the meat department for Super Valu Grocery Co for 30 years.

Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Pauline (Sonnenburg) Jobusch of Council Bluffs; son, David Jobusch of Windsor, Colo.; sisters, twin, Louise Ramalli of Friendship, Wis., and Georgia Paul and husband Jay of Dallas Center, Iowa and Mesa, Ariz.; nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be Sunday from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Walnut Grove Baptist Church. Dr. Syl G. Adkins, Pastor will officiate. Military honors provided by American Legion Rainbow Post #2. Luncheon will follow at the church.

Private interment.

Memorials suggested to Walnut Grove Baptist Church.
