In Memory: Lottie M. Barritt

Lottie Mae Barritt, 100, of Council Bluffs died April b at Indian Hills Nursing Home.

She was born September 9, 1903, in Hazel Dell Township to John and Bertha (Ford) Vallier. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Broadway United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Barritt was preceded in death by her husband, Benny Barritt, in 1960.

Survivors include two daughters, Lois Oloff of Persia and Phyllis Rajcevich and husband, Bill, of Council Bluffs; one son, Elmer Barritt and wife, Joyce, of Council Bluffs; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; eight, great-great- grandchildren.

Visitation was held Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m. at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. The funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Broadway United Methodist Church with the Rev. Marvin Arnpriester officiating. A lunch will immediately follow the service at the church.

Private burial will be held in the Hazel Dell Cemetery.

Memorials may be offered to Broadway United Methodist Church or to the family.
