In Memory: Lloyd T. Wilson

Lloyd T. Wilson, 73, of LeClaire died April 16 in Council Bluffs from a massive heart attack.

He was born September 21, 1930, in McClelland. He moved to LeClaire 36 years ago. He served in the U.S. Army 1962-medically discharged. He was a plasterer his entire life, retiring in 1994. He spent last ten years wintering in Texas.

Mr. Wilson and his wife, Mavis, were married 66 years.

Survivors in addition to his wife include daughter, Patricia Wilson-Kermeen and husband, Dennis, of Council Bluffs; sons, Steve Wilson and wife, Karla, of LeClaire, Craig Wilson and wife, Carla, of Chandler, Arizona, Mark Wilson of LeCaire, Kirk Wilson and wife, Sherri, of Letts and Bruce Wilson of LeClaire; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.

Services are pending in LeClaire at Heesch Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery in LeClaire.
